Ingredients

  • 1-2 slices of fresh tumeric root (or 1/2 tsp ground tumeric)
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

1. Tumeric-Infused Vegetable Medley:

  1. Place the potato and taro chunks in a pot with enough water to cover them.
  2. Add the tumeric slices (or powder) and rosemary sprigs to the pot.
